Subject: Servile in Serbia...

Dear ABC,

I have for some time now listened with increasing discomfort to Greg Wilesmith's voice-overs on Serbian TV news releases, but his recent handshake with ethnic cleaner Arkan at the start of [an interview] deserves a special citation for servility in Serbia. I fully understand that ABC coverage on the ground in Belgrade is constrained by Serb censorship, but Mr Wilesmith in his
commentaries seems to bend over backwards towards his hosts so much that his journalistic balance becames rather precarious... Is the ABC under some sort of D-Notice not to compromise any further the credentials and chances for release of ex-Major Pratt?
